This is a must see for EVERYONE. One of the best documentary films I have ever seen. These children are truly inspiring to watch and learn about. There is hope for these children, bless the parents for being their children's advocate. As a mother with a child who has needs I could relate to the pain and sadness the parents have to face everyday. But I believe all children deserve the best quality of life and these children are no different. They just learn in a different way and we need to value and respect them for who they are.

A must see! This is chalked full of rare moments "inside" the mind of a child with autism. If you're an educator, this film should be part of your professional development. Although the documentary derails at times to provide insight into the, well, we'll call it "interesting" parent point of view, this is still an achievement in storytelling and true enlightenment. I cannot express how special some of the moments captured on camera truly are. As well as some special freakish, and at sometimes creepy moments with the parents.

I can't recommend this movie highly enough! It's a touching, hilarious, sobering look at the difficulties and triumphs of autistic children and their parents. And yes, they put on a musical.

SO GOOD! every scene in this movie is engaging. each featured child is amazing, and their stories are fascinating. by the of the movie, you are so proud of the kids, it's as though they are your own children. i say that as a woman who inherently dislikes children. the director said that the first cut was 4 hours long... i would totally watch that one!
