Jules Verne style adventure, although the screenwriters for this one are leagues away from the his ability to create an engaging fantasy.

Sorry to be the odd man out, but I enjoyed it. The story was plausible as sci fis go, acting was generally good, dialogue largely believable, and while there were portions that were a little slow moving, the people and some of the situations they found themselves in had a real-life feel to them.
