''The best Indian every, I only didn't like the way that villian ate, coz Muslims r not like this, I thought they made it too much here, otherwise it's a very realistic film, I am glad that they showed not all the same, coz most of the Indian films, they used to show Muslims in a negative way............ " -

well when this movie released..i thought that this would be another big flops as there was no hype surrounding this film n releasing alongside a powerful film like sarkar raj..but reading the reviews,i was shocked by ratings given by the critics and decided to see the movie..n the movie turned out to be better than i expected..superb acting,great location n excellent direction makes aamir one of the best films of 2008..hats of to newcomer rajeev who chose to debut in such a film rather than those romantic fims..

Not bad at all, no songs (guess big plus).. pretty interesting plot.. reminds me of movie "Phone Booth". Nice acting for sure. a bit slow moving story but wont make you leave the seat.. some real interesting locations... looks more real than any other recent movies.

This is a great example of how India can make some high quality films for a low budget. The story is simple. Aamir lands at the airport, gets handed a cell phone, gets his passport and all IDs taken away from him, and his family is being held for ransom. What makes this film different than all other films like this--- the ransom is not money, it is something much greater. My favorite thing about Aamir is the use of music. This film has a great score, music was written specifically for this film.
