John and Ellen have a picture-perfect life: while John runs a successful business, Ellen works as a schoolteacher, and they've raised two beautiful children. But that picture is shattered when Ellen is diagnosed with a devastating disease. Sad movie about a wife having alzhimers.. and the committed husband behind her and the family to hold things together... Great encouragement for families goign through somethign like this.

latent pro-american propaganda. the film relies too heavily on its christian values. it is subjugative and shackling with the pro-christian ideology. all in all, it was the epitome of American 90's film. don't waste your time unless you are unable to think for yourself.

Few movies define love so well. The movie is well scripted. Most of the actors do an incredible job. The story is well paced.

I love this movie. I truly shows the power of God during the hard times. The illness of a spouse or loved one can be so difficult and painful. This is the journey of a man who truly discovers what is really important in life and that God can get you through the storm
