i really enjoyed this highly underrated movie. brilliantly directed, tastefully funny, and a reasonably fresh story :) brilliant acting too. thankfully they didn't have any unnecessary song and dance sequences either. no one else seemed to have heard of it and the reviews online were poor. hmm can't trust the masses on this one :) go watch it. this is the only movie I have reviewed, so that should speak for itself!

At a time when there were no movies to watch ... 99 was a blessing. The movie isn't that great but is an entertainer. Performances by Kunal Khemu and Boman Irani is great. Mahesh Manjarekar and Cyrus Broacha have good comic timing. worth a watch

Great movie, even though it does not have a famous star cast. Good comedy, good story and a happy ending (which I always prefer). Good acting by Kunal Khemu (which I didn't expect), Boman Irani (he always impresses me) and Mahesh Manjrekar.

99 is a vey well directed and researched movie which hits the spot very frequently while watching.. It involves great performances by a talented cast. The way it raises so many different questions using a single plot is pretty amazing. Cyrus Broacha will remind you of Seth Rogen. The music is very well composed too. All in all, a very under-rated bollywood film which should have got more recognition.
